The 4th album of Öxxö Xööx will be the sequel to Ÿ, forming a duology, just as it was the case for Rëvëürt and Nämïdäë. Ÿ embodies the questioning of our reality, our limited three-dimensional space. The Earth is symbolized as a cube by the Pythagoreans. An hypercube, a tesseract in which we are enclosed, in any case kept on the ground.

"Ÿ" is the album of fire (red) symbolizing the rise of the hell, the courage to confront face difficult things with the help of his inner fire. The sequel will be an album of water (blue), still centered on the theme of inner holy war, but this time following the path of water, openness, and the response to the question posed by "Ÿ."

I invite you to imagine the name of the album and what the artwork might look like.This work by Dalí might help, as it has been a major source of inspiration for this album.

Dalí mentioned that he painted a hypercubic cross on which the body of Christ converts metaphysically into a ninth cube.

As announced, here is the new logo for Öxxö Xööx's fourth album, set to be released in 2024.

As you may know, all of Öxxö Xööx's albums are duologies. There will be a total of 3 diptychs and one trilogy, resulting in 9 records altogether.

This album concludes the second duology and opens the next one. Thus, the continuation of Ÿ could only symbolize the opening of the tesseract. It represents the choice to move towards the true positive of the two possible directions of the Y: either downwards (symbolizing the negative – a black hole, stronger confinement, and demiurgic domination) or upwards (representing the positive – a white hole, liberation, Divine Protection, and the summit of the Primordial Arborescence).

In other words, it is the choice between the bearer of false light, Lucifer, and the bearer of true Light, Christ. Satan, often perceived like a fallen Lucifer, embodies a sick manifestation that has strayed from the true Light, bearing a deceptive glow. On another side, Christ would not be God incarnate in man, but rather the small demiurge god, the creator of this world, reincarnated here without being aware of it, guided by the Will of God. His role and function would be to redeem humankind and to reveal to human beings the way out of a trap into which an old version of himself had led them. One could, therefore, view the crucifixion, in its Yang aspect, as the designation, revelation, and demonstration by example of this possible way out—a path of the cross leading to the acceptance of death and self-sacrifice for the love of others, if necessary. In its Yin aspect, it is the repair of a heavy fault and the expiation of a heavy karma.

This album speaks about the challenging choice to move towards forgiveness and true Light. It is therefore imbued with Celestial Spirituality, it draws inspiration from earthly concepts derived from existing religions to explore extraterrestrial themes. It tries to explain what this world could be, where we come to participate in evil.

The goal is to be authentic, non-demagogic, and free. The approach is inevitably a bit sulfurous, as it precisely mirrors the role of art and the poet—whose goal is supposed to be the search for new avenues of reflection.

Thus, the album symbolizes a revolt against this world, more precisely against evil, seeking to open the cube to face the truth. It embodies the symbol of the loudmouth who dares to assert loudly what he is, what he thinks—the prime characteristic at the origin of the metal movement.

I realized that false light is often very enticing—an illusion of positivity that, in the end, becomes a form of deception. This realization opened my eyes, serving as one of the triggers to talk about openness and true positivity, about the authentic Light that disturbs, crucifies, but ultimately liberates. This album symbolizes complete surrender to true Light, akin to Christ on the cross.

It symbolizes the refusal to make evil, the rejection of war and predatory behavior. This symbolism is embodied by a sword planted in the ground, emerging from the false kabbalistic tree of life at the center of the logo—a "cubic sword" that has opened the tesseract, the Earth. And it acts as a transmitter, repelling dark energies.

The logo is rich with hidden symbols that I will leave for you to discover on your own.

So I wanted an album title that is both the symbol of the cube's opening and, at the same time, the symbol of the Lamb of God. In other words, it is the choice between the bad Lucifer, Satan, or the good Lucifer, Christ. It symbolizes the termination of the contract with the demiurge and the intention to make a new one with its positive counterpart. And what better way to symbolize this choice than the cross.

So, the album will therefore be simply titled "+" in reference to the opening of the hypercube Ÿ, to the Christ's cross, to the true positive which is frowned upon by the demiurge's world. And as a symbolic nod to those who claim to be "positive" and who aim only for the pleasure, but who do not want to oppose the evil within them, those who choose the easy path of the fallen Lucifer. This Lucifer who is at home here.

The next albums will all be crafted in a completely artisanal way and in total misalignment with any movement. And that is why I decided to create my own label, LÏNÏ MUSIC. Driven by the desire for independence, freedom, and rebellion, inheriting the "do-it-yourself" spirit of the early black metal bands. However, this time, the orientation is directed upwards, towards an authentic quest for God, while maintaining an anticlerical and antireligious stance.

Dieu (derived from the base *dei-, meaning "light" or "shine"), so the more precise term would be Light, the Source of everything, the Primordial Negentropic Energy.

We need your support. Do not hesitate to assist us if you resonate with the cause. It is time to take a stand, to have the courage to stop following the demiurge. However, we would like to emphasize that we are not at war against him but against the evil within us, against the evil that we bring into existence in the world and that lives through us.

This post serves two purposes: to inform you that I now have all the master tracks for the album "+," confirming that the album is now completely finished !

It will be the second-to-last post before unveiling the cover of the new album and announcing its release date, as well as the release dates for the music videos.
We only need to finalize some details for the music videos, address administrative paperwork related to our label LÏNÏ MUSIC, and proceed with the manufacturing of the digifiles and vinyl records.

This is fantastic news, something I've been eagerly anticipating, especially considering the challenges I faced in completing this album despite the professional and personal betrayals I had to navigate.

What prompts me to talk to you about the second objective of this post; clarify things regarding what happened in 2020, to revisit (with hindsight) the positions I took.

And I will take this opportunity to extrapolate and begin to address the themes of the next album.

Being singular and unique. What goes against what the system (or rather the forces behind this system) is trying to create with this "hive mind," to standardize the human mind, so that the world adopts a single way of perceiving reality, Creation, and Life. That's also why I decided, a long time ago now, to create my own language, for try to bring something unique and personal. Even though there is a lot of French in the upcoming album.

I was thus accused of being an anti-vaxxer (and it still continues) and of spreading conspiracy theories. So it would be frowned upon to be curious and interested in everything, even in what may seem the most absurd ? Just because we discuss a subject doesn't mean we endorse it. This modern times where the trend is ignorance towards people who don't think like everyone else, blocking left and right and other cancel culture. I believe censorship is a very dangerous path...

The role of the artist is to explore, to try to understand our reality, and to provide a unique perspective on it. Furthermore, I am much more "anti" than what these people think. If I am "anti" something, I am anti-world, anti-world where evil has the possibility to exist, therefore anti-material world, anti-Earth, anti-evil.

Because I have the deep conviction that this revolt against this world (which is mine) was the task of the underground gothic/metal/black metal movement, much like Anakin Skywalker who was supposed to bring balance to the force. Unfortunately, he got seduced and completely co-opted by the forces from below, by the dark side of the force... Even if, at the end, he comes back to reason, to the Light. I hope the same will be true for these movements. Because I think they have fallen very low, since it's often connected to the infra-universes.
Black metal has always been a religious music that fundamentally seeks the Light, like hatred is love gone bad, I believe that the spirituality of this movement has also gone astray.
Originally, it was supposed to want to break free from this deceitful world to rediscover the true Light. Instead, it has plunged into an earthly spirituality with the worship of the Earth, shamanism, witchcraft (so demons who assume themselves), connected to the underworld, succumbing entirely to the forces from below, which are, ironically, at the root of all our problems. We are in the midst of a Stockholm syndrome without realizing it. Therefore, we must choose between Celestial Spiritualities or earthly/infernal spiritualities.

I think that the initial rebellious energy of gothic/metal/black metal was something sacred and healthy, which has been completely reversed or at least infiltrated and defused by Lucifer.

Much like christianity did with the sulfurous and dangerous thoughts of Christ for the "Earth system" (even though the Heart of the message has been preserved, this Heart that the Demiurge does not have the right allowe to modify). A message urging us to break free from this world by rebelling against the evil within ourselves. While religions worked to entice souls to stay on Earth, well-embodied and rooted in their bourgeois material lives.

But when we see (at least from what I've seen) the docile, submissive, and at attention response of a good part of this little world (supposed to be an anti-systemic and non-conformist movement) to the pandemic – in other words, when we see its receptivity to the fear of death, a world that once worshiped it, called it forth –, we realize that things have indeed changed. Now, for most of those who still claim to proudly bear this banner that glorifies itself as a black plague, pestilence, sickness, and death, it's cool and fun – but only from a distance... Emptied of its substance, deprived of its essence, and formatted in its image by the bourgeois order that devitalizes everything it touches, as it had done with punk before it, "Black metal is dead." So it's good to remember what it was in the time of its "splendor" – in terms of nonconformity and rebellion against the established order, I mean.

To do this, go watch the excellent documentary "Bleu Blanc Satan" (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RTzc4mpouWo&t=862s&ab_channel=SlaaneshAMSGII), which clearly illustrates the dangerousness of these energies when they are genuinely brought into one's life. When it's no longer a pose or simply a staged moment for a promotional photo. When it's done authentically, when one allows the true, oozing and putrid darkness into their life, and then observes the results years later. The true darkness opposed to the pose, and whose genre is supposed to be an homage and anthem to its glory. When It's not just be a mere picturesque folklore for fun. What darkness is, when it reveals its true face: unhealthy, repulsive, and revolting (yet, for obscure reasons, somewhere, fascinating and hypnotic). And it has a certain allure; I think it’s authenticity that does that.

I have deep respect for these black metal artists who have truly delved into darkness and explored what lay at its deepest depths in an authentic way.

Who had the courage to embrace Satanism to represent and expose it to the world, to truly live it, fully, show that it is not something harmless but something rooted in real mental disturbance and sometimes even in true insanity, real cruelty, true sadism.

They were not there to play crazy or mimic madness and darkness - but to live them, body and soul, without pretense, going to the depths of those opaque and oozing shadows where all humanity eventually dissolves.

I prefer a guy who opens his veins on stage while spraying with his blood on the front rows as if blessing and baptizing them into the cult of death – and who, in doing so, at least shows darkness for what it truly is – rather than a poser who just makes money with a watered-down version of a big bad disguise, putting skulls, pentacles, and upside-down crosses everywhere just for the sake of fashion (while, of course, running to put on his little mask and get his little injection when the nasty virus arrives and scares everyone, because death, chaos, and pestilence it's cool for the image and promo photo but in reality, it's scary). I appreciate those who remove the deceptive mask, the romantic and glamorous makeup of darkness and shadows, sometimes complacently and fraudulently sublimated in art, to show what they truly are in all their sordid and disgusting foulness, which is clearly embraced. Who destroys the hypocritical and deceptive discourse of metal in its mainstream version (or rather, supposedly extreme but aspiring to mainstream) for the general public, which is so eager to present a polished, respectable. While the foundations of extreme metal are anything but respectable and acceptable in the eyes of the prevailing conformity of the bourgeois world and "proper" people. On the contrary, it is meant to be dangerous, disturbing, and venomous – and it is good to show that there have been people who have been committed to keeping this promise instead of using it solely as a promotional showcase and marketing argument. This mainstream metal wants playing with venomous symbols drenched in blood on one hand and maintaining the respectability of "normality" in the eyes of the outside world on the other – thus denying and defusing any idea of danger. Consequently, it continually and in bad faith claims that all of this shouldn't be taken seriously. This is the lie that normalizes and trivializes all these things, all these ideas, all these originally sulfurous symbols, and sees some fall into them without even realizing it once, after being seduced by hollowed and devitalized forms, they encounter them in their purity and unaltered toxicity.

It was what appealed to me initially: the movement's the ability to tell everything to go to hell, the sense of freedom, the underground, nonconformity, and the anti-bourgeois sentiment. I was unconsciously seeking Satan, and often when you seek Satan, it's because you're looking for God but have taken the wrong path. If everything was fine, the question wouldn't arise. However, that's not the case. Here, everyone must suffer, everyone must age, everyone must die, and for that, we must kill, devour each other. I don't see why I should adhere to that. But I must say that if I had never been this Demon who embraces evil (and endured the corresponding traumatizing lessons), I probably would never have wanted to be a Demon who wants to become an Angel again, working to save his soul, purify it, beautify it. The Devil does what he has to do, and souls crawl after to God like dogs; it's a cruel but well-deserved lesson in the end.

I'm still revolted by this mechanism disgusting that constitutes our reality, by the necessity to die and kill, by this empire of death to which we must submit (without flinching). But now I do it in a Christic and anticlerical way (I have chosen the good bearer of Light, in a way).

Around 2020, I had to make a difficult choice, and I, so to speak, lost everything. However, in hindsight, I gained everything. The bad, mean, and opportunistic people left my life on their own, replaced by good and kind individuals who offered me their protection, even if they were already more or less present, waiting.

And I must say that now, I am in my place and very proud of this album that has just been completed. Made with my guts, heart, blood, and screamed tears. And I doubt that it would please the masses, but at least I would have been authentic in the process, without being demagogic or trying to create something that would appeal to the system, to the "hive mind." That's what the "+" means; opening the cube to accept ourselves as we are and taking responsibility.

As they say, the path of Light is always more difficult than letting oneself be carried and fall, heading towards the false light, materialism, earthly spirituality, and the occult. The ascent from hell is to be traversed, not demanded. To quote Taras Shevchenko: "The path leading out of paradise is wide and well-trodden, but the one that brings us back is a narrow path scattered with thorns."

This is what this nonconformist gesture means (in this photo), a stance against this semi-demonic reality. A gesture of Christic rebellion, of non-submission to Luciferian authority and to any form of human or non-human tyranny – pointing upwards, outside of this matrix, towards the Light, towards the Heights. It is taking this vertical path blindfolded with perfect trust in God (the true God of Love, not the demiurgic god creator of this world).

So it's taking up the idea of self-sacrifice for love. That's what every self-respecting black metalhead (in my case, seeking the Light, thus God) should do: opening their mouths because this world does not suit them. Knock hard on the door of the Celestial Cathedral, for they want to enter because outside it's cold (as in this image).

Even though the precise term for me would be "luminous black metal" or "luminous gothic" in the sense that it is darkness looking upward. So, "luminous black" or "luminous darkness"...

I believe that this movement was meant to strongly criticize our world and spread the Christic message: "My Kingdom is not of this world," said Christ, but also "Love your neighbor as yourself" and "Thou shalt not kill"—whether extraterrestrial, human, animal, plant, microbial, etc. Because when we push the reflection far enough, these messages tell us that we should love our neighbor as ourselves and not kill them. But, when we have a body, we cannot avoid killing, so to stop killing altogether, it means it happens elsewhere than on Earth. Here, to live, one must kill and be a predator, thus waging war on their neighbor and devouring them. So a Demon.

Similar to this image, the album's theme revolves around pointing upwards, towards liberation from Earth. It symbolizes the strong characters non-resilient who do not yield to the occult and Lucifer. It signifies the choice of embracing the Light, the true bearer of Light (thus, the Christ), for the salvation of one's soul. It begins with asking for forgiveness for the desire to participate in evil. Which is a first step. To choose to be a Demon who wants to become an Angel again, thus having the right to leave prison for good behavior.

The cover conveys that idea; the idea of departure towards the Heaven, I'll let you imagine what it could be. This album also suggests breaking free from confinement. It's about opening the box, the windows of the house, and realizing that there is considerable damage, a lot of dirt—hence, a need for extensive cleaning and numerous repairs.

I believe we are all damaged, but desiring to repair ourselves and making decisions in that direction is not always easy. This is what turning the 6 and 9 of Öxxö Xööx signifies—making choices in our lives that lead towards repair. It's not easy, and it's a real battle when we choose to escape this reality; we become a pariah. Similar to the movie Matrix, the first ones to leave the matrix have almost nothing. But after a while, they become more numerous, and the struggle becomes easier. So, in the beginning, you have to do everything yourself...

I want to thank all these people who came to support me during these four (and even a bit more) very challenging years. I know that these are difficult choices and that it is not always very pleasant to address these themes. Thank you for having strength and a truly open, coherent, and humble mind that encourages self-reflection. So rebellious enough not to let yourself be influenced in the wrong sense of the term.

And thank all the people who follow me in my crazy adventures, who remain curious and interested by extraterrestrials like us.

I would like to express special thanks to Yann Coppier, who literally saved the album. Thanks for his open-mindedness, creativity, patienceand talent. The album sounds so good. One of the few individuals who is not always in agreement with me but does not censor, exchanging their opinion calmly and intelligently. In fact, this is one of the reasons why I made this type of album: to open a few doors and raise questions, avoiding bestial violence and idiocy, being too emotional, and censorship. It's putting things in the light, taking them in, repairing them instead of ignoring them.

As for the visual aspect, especially the video/photo, I want to thank Jërëmy Tissier Production, who also possesses tremendous talent and had to endure all my whims.Thanks for his patience; the plans for the video are splendid, and I really like the new music video, which is much less artisanal than the previous ones (since evolution and improvement is the goal of the project).

And, of course, the band members who never let me down, even if it must not have been easy. Unprecedented loyalty from my comrade Laure Le Prunenec, this mystical warrior, my sister in arms in this fight against evil.
And my Lulu, my brother in arms (sorry for all those quarrels, but it was for a good cause, the proof). Sorry to have been a turbulent Padawan, but my sense of humor compensates, doesn't it ?

Not to forget my close friends who support me daily, and, of course, my parents without whom I probably couldn't have focused so well on the album.

I don't have words to express how much you mean to me and how much I love you.

I now know that all the people (or almost all) around me love me, are there because they truly love me for who I am.

And I wanted to take this opportunity to say to the villains and to those who have consciously and unconsciously tried to harm me and destroy what I was doing, that I love you and feel sorry for you. Because being wicked is tiring, and one day, you pay the price for it. As Christ recommended: "Love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat and persecute you."

Do not hesitate to help us and communicate with us if you resonate with the cause. It is time to take a stand, to have the courage to stop following the Demiurge.

However, I take this opportunity to emphasize once again that we are not at war against him, but against the evil within us, against the evil that we may eventually spread in the world, which lives through us.

To love one's enemies is also to love one's worst enemy, the one who harms us the most, so Satan. But to love him for the light angel he used to be, and above all, to pity him for being the one who is the most sick, the most infested by evil.

As
agreed, here is the cover of the new album titled "+".
"+" is the water album that follows the fire album "Ÿ", released in 2019.
It concludes this second duology.
Just like "Ÿ", "+" has a duration of about 78 minutes and also includes 9 tracks.
"Ÿ" (Cube) represents the red rebellion against the tesseract, the Earth.
"+" (The Opening of the Hypercube) is a spiritual blue rebellion, symbolizing the opening of the hypercube.
The cover is a blend of technology referencing our dualistic, digital, and mathematical matrix, combined with water symbolizing the Divine, the Celestial, the elsewhere (in French, l'eau/haut/là-haut).
It is the symbol of opposition between Celestial Spirituality and earthly spirituality.
The lyrics are besides inspired by the book titled "Spiritualités Célestes contre spiritualités terrestres" by an anonymous author.
It represents the confrontation between two forms of spirituality: the earthly spirituality of demons who embrace their predatory nature by exploiting material and technology, symbolized by these printed circuits, and the Celestial Spirituality of demons who seek to regain their status as Angels. Engaged in a process of redemption, forgiveness, and repairing of their faults, those who rebel against the evil within them, symbolized by the cathedrals made of water.
Therefore, there is an idea of separation, of divorcing from evil.
So there is also the idea of a revolt, a departure.
It is the path of water that soothes, of openness, and the answer to the question posed by "Ÿ".
"+" represents the desire to embrace the positive, even if it can be difficult.
It is facing the truth, even if it is harsh and frightening.
This is a rebellion motivated by love for freedom.
"Ÿ" and "+" symbolize the ascent from hell through fire and water.
It is the symbol of the Christic posture Y and the cross of Christ (+).
"+" representing the choice of true Light, the opening of the tesseract, and the rejection of the Earth, of this matrix that forces us to adopt a predatory behavior to survive.
It is the symbol of enlightenment, of purifying the place, of repairing and cleaning.
It is choosing to accept ourselves as we are, which goes against what the system tries to create with this "hive mind" to standardize the human mind, so that the world adopts a single way of perceiving reality.
It is a revolt to reclaim our singularity, to save our soul from this earthly tyranny.

As in all albums by Öxxö Xööx, the lyrics are written in "Öx," a "language of the soul" created by Öxxö Xööx (Laurent Lunoir).
The novelty of this album lies in the presence of numerous passages in French.
The album has a slightly religious connotation while being anticlerical, based on the message of Christ: "My Kingdom is not of this world".
